Over the past few years, God has allowed Friendship to complete several innovative restoration projects. PRAISE THE LORD!!!
- Sign renovated, reset, and landscaped 2016
- Original church bell (from Lawder School) repainted and installed at the present site
- New shingles, windows, facia, and gutters on the church building
- New ceiling tile, walls repainted, pulpit lighting changed and new carpet in the sanctuary
- New carpet in the education hallway
- New shingles, windows, and facia on parsonage.
- A complete parsonage renovation was completed this year
- Four new high-efficiency furnaces installed
- parking lot resurfaced and re-striped
- New 4' X 200" culvert under parking lot installed
- Concrete pad for church van installed
- New shelter for van and cook-outs installed
- The paneled walls of the sanctuary have been painted
- New window treatments in the sanctuary
- New choir robes
- Wireless equipment installed for the hearing impaired
- Basement fellowship room refinished (furnace moved from fellowship room to adjoining furnace room - entire fellowship room painted and floors re-tiled)
- New upper and lower oak kitchen cabinets, 2 new glass top ranges and 2 matching refrigerators added to the kitchen
- Pastor's office refinished
- Music office refinished
- The front porch deck replaced
- Broken sidewalks replaced
- New carpet installed in Sunday School rooms
- New folding tables in the education building and fellowship hall
- Nursery refurbished
- An overhead projector was installed in the sanctuary
- A storage shed has been purchased to house our recently donated mowing equipment.
- In August 2023 we purchased a new people mover van.
- In September 2023 we initiated 12 Weeks to Freedom an Addiction Recovery Program
